1. We Ship from Julius Nyerere International Airport

 

2. Live arrival guarantee only on shipments sent airport to airport (air freight).

 

3. No live arrival guarantee for shipments that are delayed or mishandled by the carrier.

 

4. No live arrival guarantee for misinterpretation of its own country legislation.

 

5. All claims must be accompanied by a digital photo and reported within 36 hours upon shipment arrival else all claims will be void.

 

6.The minimum order is USD $1000.00 of the proforma invoice.

 

Payment & Procedures

 

6. Pro-forma invoice including shipping cost and other cost will be issue upon Purchase Order receive

 

7. Should the client agrees with the proforma invoice, 50% of the Down Payment should be transferred to proceed with the legal document process. The rest of the amount should then be tranferred prior to the shipment.

 

8. All documentation and collection will only be proceed upon payment received.

 

8. Its normally take about 2 to 5 weeks to deliver your shipment once order confirmed. Order will only confirm once deposit received.
